RISQUÉ MOMENTS RETURN POLICY
At Risqué Moments, we stand behind every product we sell. We guarantee your purchases will be free from manufacturer defect for 30 days from purchase. If a product is found defective, we will replace or exchange the product or accept return of the product and issue you store credit. We do not offer refunds.
Purchases Made Online: You may return any qualifying item purchased online by contacting our Customer Service Department at 1-877-800-4977 Monday – Friday 9 AM – 5 PM Central Time and speak to a Representative. We will work with you to find the best solution for your situation: return for credit or return for exchange or replacement.
You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and shipping instructions to return the defective item. We pay shipping costs. See the Return Request Form which is included with every online order for further instructions and return shipping address.
Items Eligible for Return/Exchange: Not all items are eligible for return/exchange due to the nature of the items we sell. If you are dissatisfied with an item purchased, you may contact our Customer Service Representative at 1-877-800-4977 Monday – Friday 9 AM – 5 PM Central Time and they will assist you with your purchase.
All electronic novelty items are inspected and tested prior to purchase to ensure functionality. If you should find that your electronic novelty item is defective and needs to be returned, please ensure that prior to return you clean the item and place it in its’ original packaging or in a sealed plastic bag. If the defective electronic novelty item was part of a kit, you must return ALL items in the kit.
The following items are not eligible for return/exchange:
- Non-Vibrating Dildos
- Bondage/Fetish Wear
Lingerie, Corsets, Hosiery & Packaged Outfits:
- Items have to be visibly not worn and tags must still be attached
- Packaged outfits must still have panties attached
